Incident Report

We had our first "incident report" from daycare yesterday.  When I heard that I thought that Ainsley had bitten someone (she's gotten me a couple of times) or had been bitten or fell off a toy or fell down by running...something along those lines.  Nope, not Ainsley.  She scratched her head and made herself bleed so that she required a bandaid.  That involves a full report that the parent and school have to sign?  I'm greatful that was all it was - but jeez!
