Potty Introductions

We've started to introduce the idea of using the potty to Ainsley.  We're not "potty training" or "potty learning" yet, more a modified form of "elimination communication."  The theory is to learn when Ainsley needs to potty and have her sit on the potty and try.  The very first time we tried was right in the morning after she woke up and .... IT WORKED!  We had pee pee!  Over the next couple of days we continued to try - before nap, after nap, before bath, before bed, in the morning.  No luck...until this morning.  We tried right after getting up and she pee peed right away!  The idea is to get her used to the potty and the idea of going into the potty, then as she gets older work towards her letting us know when she needs to go - we're off to a great start so far!
